This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all themes sold by Getastrothemes. By purchasing or downloading a theme, you agree to the following terms:

Premium Theme License

• You are granted the right to use the themes for both personal and commercial projects.
• You may modify the themes as needed for your project.
• You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any themes obtained from Getastrothemes.
• The theme license allows unlimited usage. You can use each theme in unlimited projects.
• Attribution is appreciated but not required. You are allowed to remove any existing copyright links without further permissions.

Free Theme License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our free themes (each, a “Theme”) in personal or commercial projects, subject to the following terms:

1. Attribution (Optional) Attribution is appreciated but not required. You may include a visible link to getastrothemes.com in your site footer or credits section.
2. No Redistribution or Resale You may not sublicense, redistribute, resell, or repackage this Theme — modified or unmodified — on any marketplace, theme directory, or personal website.
3. Modification Permitted You may modify this Theme for your own use. However, the modified version remains subject to this license and may not be redistributed or sold.
4. Disclaimer This Theme is provided “as is”, without any warranty. The author is not liable for any damages or issues arising from its use.

Figma Design License

In some cases, we may sell or provide a Figma file for a theme. You can use those Figma files for personal or commercial projects under these terms:

• You are granted the right to use the Figma file for both personal and commercial projects.
• You may modify the Figma file as needed for your project.
• You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any Figma file obtained from Getastrothemes.
